Send the largest file you have — ideally 150 DPI at full size. Our designers upscale and sharpen for viewing distance, and the enlarged proof lets you verify sharpness before printing.
Roll-up banners ship as a complete kit: print, aluminum cassette, support pole and padded carry bag. Poster-only options are available if you already own hardware.
Standard turnaround is four business days after proof approval. Rush two-day printing is available for most sizes — mention the event date when you order.
Yes. Share Pantone references or a previous print and we calibrate to them. If the final print misses the approved proof, we reprint free.
